Coldlabel apothecary products indeed contain certified organic ingredients. We take great pride in sourcing the finest quality raw and organic ingredients.
Where can I find Coldlabel for sale in my local area?
We have a list if authorized retailers and their locations on the “Contact” page of this site. If your local beauty/barber/supply does not carry Coldlabel, please request us & we will gladly supply them.
Do you discount US military?
Yes. We offer 15% off any Coldlabel purchases to active service members orders sent to APO/PPO addresses. Send your order in the comments field on the contact us page. We will invoice you via email.
Do you offer bulk purchasing discounts or wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale is available on the “Professional” page of the site. You can register your salon/shop/store there to become a listed stockist on our contact page.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes!, we ship globally. Domestic & International.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship from our California warehouse usually within 48 hours (wholesale 72hrs). Delivery time is an estimated 2-3 business days via USPS/FEDEX/UPS.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking numbers are emailed to you at the time of shipment.
What new products do you have in the works?
We have an independent research and development team and ALWAYS have products in various stages of testing. We usually announce new products within the season they will be released.
How can I get Coldlabel products locally?
You can find a list of our retailers on the contact page. Please contact your local barber, beauty salon/supply store and request Coldlabel products and they will be more than happy to comply.
I received the wrong product/my product arrived damaged.
