I ordered your wolfin pomade. This is my second time ordering it. This time the product is so hard that I had to heat it in the microwave to soften to use it. Even after microwaving it, trying to rub it inbetween my fingers leaves a grainy hard residue. It wasnt like this the first time I ordered it. And i enjoyed it the first time. Is this common for the wolfin pomade?
