PLDC deep cleans and literally dissolves product buildup and soil from the hair. Locs should be dense and lightweight. When the wind blows, so should your locs. The natural shine comes from the sealed cuticle and NOT from products. Heavy products attract dirt and dulls while it weighs down the hair often causing breakage at the root. This is a common problem with ill cared for locs.
